Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data the storefront stores and where it is kept. The short version: your cart stays in your browser, and checkout sends only the order details needed to process payment.
Data stored on your device
Your cart is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key bsd-cart. It contains, for each line, the product identifier, the quantity, and any options you selected such as color or size. The data never leaves your device unless you choose to send it - it exists so the cart survives closing the tab.
Clearing your browser data for this site removes the cart. Nothing else on the device is read or written.
Data not collected in this build
No account exists, so no name, address, email, or payment details are collected. No payment is processed. No advertising or analytics scripts run on these pages, and no third-party trackers are embedded.
Server logs, where the hosting provider keeps them, are covered by the provider's own retention policy and are not used to build profiles.
Data that will apply when payment is enabled
Checkout requires a delivery address, an email for confirmations, and payment details handled by buycheckout. Payment card data is captured by the payment processor, not by this site; this site stores the order reference, items, delivery details, and order status.
That data will be used to fulfil the order, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations, and will not be sold.
Emails you choose to send
Messages sent to customer service are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet record-keeping obligations. Include only the information needed for the request.
Changes to this policy
This policy is updated when data practices change. The effective version is the one published on this page; material changes - in particular the introduction of accounts or payment - will be summarized on this page when they take effect.
