Delivery Information
Delivery options and windows are confirmed during ordering; this page describes how delivery works, what to check at handover, and what happens when a parcel is late or damaged.
Delivery eligibility
Delivery availability is confirmed for the delivery address before an order is completed. Some oversized items and certain postcodes have restricted service; if an item cannot be delivered to an address, it is flagged during checkout rather than after payment.
Dispatch and delivery windows
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off are prepared for the next dispatch. Standard delivery typically arrives within three to five business days of dispatch; the confirmation email states the window that applies to the order.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carriers may deliver without signature for smaller parcels; larger items may require someone to receive them.
Tracking
When a tracking number is issued it is sent to the email on the order. Tracking becomes active after the carrier's first scan, which may lag dispatch by several hours.
Checking the delivery on arrival
Inspect the outer packaging before signing where a signature is requested. Note any visible damage on the carrier's record and photograph the carton.
Open and check the contents against the packing list within the return windows described on the Return Policy page. Keep packaging until the inspection is complete.
Late, damaged, or missing parcels
Contact customer service with the order reference. Late parcels are confirmed with the carrier; damage and shortage claims require photographs of the carton, the packing material, and the item, and are resolved under the Return Policy.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Payment is completed through buycheckout.
